Return & Refund Policy

We only accept return on these reasons:

• defective item
• wrongly packed orders

If you have received orders with incorrect and defective item, please contact us within 3 days from the day of parcel delivered. 

Items must be in original condition, undamaged, unwashed (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume)

Failed to return or inform within 3 days will not be accepted for returns or refund.

After we received the return and make sure it is in perfect condition, refund will be processed to store credit within 1-3 days.

We do not accept returns on these reasons:

•  personal factors (including: colors dislike, change of mind, cancellation etc)

If you would like to do size exchange, please contact us within 3 days from the day of parcel delivered, dm us on Instagram and mail back the product. Customer will pay for the mail back fees and we charge another RM6 to mail exchange product back to you.
